This policy explains refunds, cancellations, and billing issues for Trader Desk Pro.
1. Trader Desk Pro Subscriptions
Trader Desk Pro is a digital subscription service. Access to paid digital features is provided after a successful purchase and account activation.
2. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or otherwise provided through the payment provider at checkout, subscription payments are generally non-refundable after access to Trader Desk Pro has been provided.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, were billed more than once, or experienced another billing error, contact us and we will review the issue.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your Trader Desk Pro subscription at any time using the subscription-management method made available to you. Canceling stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout, your Pro access will generally remain active through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
4. Payment Processing
Trader Desk Pro payments are processed through Paddle. Checkout may present additional purchase, cancellation, refund, tax, or consumer-rights terms that apply to your transaction.
